Local Chef Services

Our chefs are all local chefs; speak only Spanish. They all have had previous experience in hotels and restaurants.  They can cater most of our clients needs and we have a set of sample menus of what they can prepare for you. The cost are below depending on how many people need to be catered.

 

Full day: Preparation of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

US$ 120 for up to 10 people

US$ 160 for up to 20 people (chef will have an assistant)

*Estimated grocery cost for all 3 meals is $50 per person per day

Breakfast

US$ 40 for up to 10 people

US$ 60 for up to 20 people (chef will have an assistant)

 * Estimated grocery cost is $10 to $15 per person

 

Lunch or Dinner

US$ 60 for up to 10 people

US$ 80 for up to 20 people (chef will have an assistant)

* Estimated grocery cost is $15.00 to $20.00 per person

Certified International Level Chef Services

This option is catered under the supervision of Chef Joanna Bermúdez.

She has trained a team of 10 sous chefs, each dominating to perfection great chef skills and techniques (local Caribbean cuisine, Mediterranean, fusion fine dinning, basic Asian as well as dietary restrictions and allergies)

 

Chef rates are as follows:

- US$80 Breakfast Service

- US$100 Lunch Service

- US$140 Dinner Service

US$170  Two meals x day (breakfast & lunch or breakfast & dinner) 

- US$220 Full time Chef per day

*Estimated grocery costs are approximations to what our guests have usually spent. These prices may vary upon guests’ eating habits (quantity and quality).

Other Services

Shopping Fees:

US$40 from Punta Cana Resort for each trip to the supermarket plus cost of groceries.

US$50 from Cap Cana for each trip to the supermarket plus cost of groceries.
